Workshop: Storing data for nonprofits

Online workshop

June's datafolk club was prompted by a data person in a charity who said

"I would LOVE to know how other charities have approached cloud storage, and how they worked out how much it was going to cost!! Feel like I need to employ a data engineer purely for the task!"

We thought this would be a perfect topic for a datafolk club. Everyone stores data. Some organisations have a shared drive and a spreadsheet, others have huge bespoke systems, data lakes and contracts with cloud providers.

However you store your data and whatever your data is we want you to join this workshop, share your unique perspective and learn from the unique perspectives of other data folk like you.

Our Datafolk Club workshops are a simple fomat. We work in small breakout rooms to share knowledge, experience and inspiration. The workshop lasts one hour and takes place online. It's a great way to meet other people like you: working with data in nonprofit organisations.
